David Kochberg, RDT
Mr. Kochberg is a Registered Dental Technologist and operating manager of Applied Arts Ceramic Laboratories Ltd. Since 1987, under his direction, AACL has placed its emphasis on implants and aesthetic dentistry. He is co-founder of the Toronto Implant Study Club and of the International Dental Congress. He has been an active lecturer for the Ontario Study Club of Osseointegration, the Association of Dental Technologists of Ontario Study Club, and the US-based Academy of Osseointegration.

Ettore Palmeri, MBA, AGDM, BEd, BA
Mr. Palmeri is the President of Palmeri Publishing, Inc., which publishes Spectrum Canada and Spectrum USA. Ettore is a dynamic, energetic speaker who has spoken to thousands of people in education, business, and industry. Under Ettore’s leadership, Spectrum has established itself as a communication tool for dentists and technicians across North America.
